Terms and Conditions

Note: Price may change. For all Vouchers and Tours, we will confirm the actual cost at the time of reservation.

Reservations are strongly recommeded.
Melbourne Seaplanes reserves the right to postpone flights for any reason including weather / water conditions or equipment unservicability.
In the case of a Tour, where we are unable to provide the flight part of your package, the tour will still proceed and the price will be adjusted appropriately.
Weight restriction - max. 110 kg. Height restriction - max. 200 cm
Prices may change due to factors that are out of our control such as fuel costs, tour operator price changes and other running cost expenses. We will confirm the actual cost at the time of reservation.

Cancellation

Prior to 72 hours from the time of the intended flight, no charge will be made.
Within 48 hours of the intended flight, a 50% charge will be made.
Within 24 hours of the intended flight or in the event of a 'no show' a 100% charge will be made.

Melbourne Seaplane vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
The recipient of this voucher is required to make a booking with Melbourne Seaplanes prior to making their flight.
